KEJRILEAKS....

This month almost every friday we are seeing Mr. Arvind Kejriwal leaking something  or the other.Be it the person  in  power,opposition or the Industrialist.The last two exposes are very welcomed as these shows how the industries making money by manipulating the government policies.

So lets start  analyzing all the expose from  starting...

1st Expose  Mr. Robert Vadra targeted  he got certain some of money from the real estate giant DLF  to get converted a land which was originally allotted to build hospital  for commercial purpose.It's a government of India rule that land sanctioned or given for making hospital or such public building can''t be used for commercial  purpose. Respected Robert vadra bought that land and 'manipulated' the government rules by his influential  power and made the land commercial.Now that land valued very much.And in very little span of time robert sold that land to DLF.The conclusion 'With great mother-in-law comes great money and influence' .After some days now every one is quiet people forgot that story and life moves.

2nd Expose Mr. Nitin Gadkari I will not comment anything as one of the best CA of our country is said that Gadkari is honest(the CA gave some presentations also).So i can't comment on that right now.

3rd Expose This was the best one targeting big corporate house RELIANCE.Actually speaking this was the best as it showed how weak our system or better say that how easily we can manipulate our system.It was the KG-D6 block which reliance got.The contract was till 2015, after this period only the prices of gas were to be reviewed and target was that the production was to be raised by 80% till march 2015,reliance started suppressing the production from starting.In 2012 the production as estimated had to be increased by 25% but it was brought down to 10% from original.This expose saw a great change in cabinet the cabinet petroleum minister was changed because the previous minister ordered the audit on KG-D6 production.So this is corporate as our filthy government.

4th Expose Account holders in Swiss better say HSBC Switzerland -Kejriwal provided the list of account holders and asked the government why it hasn't taken any action and showed us the name of account holders even when supreme court ordered to show.Some of the account holders were raided which had 10 or 25 crores in accouunt(when the list came to government) but the big fishes were not touched.The finance ministery gave comment that according to IT Law 1961,we will first audit it.I am asking if according to that when some account holders were raided then why the bigger account holder's audit was taking so much time.This is how our government is working.Why there is different law for different person?

Let's see what comes out but targeting big corporate house is good hatz off for kejriwal.

my first blog so frm my fav. POLITICS......topic 'Reservation'

These days BURNING issue which is in news almost every day is 'reservation'.Reservation was in effect long before british era. But it was only for backward classes & he introduced it in order to eradicate poverty of BCs.
In 1882,Jyotirao phule lead the 'Hunter commission' for sake of reservation in education & reservation.Many similar agitations took place 'Babasaheb ambedkar' was also involved in demand for reservation.As we know 'Mr. B.Ambedkar, had great role in making our constitution,so it became a very easy task for him to make other people in his favour and incorporated reservation system in india(i'm not criticizing the fact of reservation incorporation.....but just read the article completely before making any conclusion).
                                                                                 The constitution of india has laid down 15% and 7.5% reservation in government institute and offices respectively.These are treated as reserved quota.the reservation system was incorporated in 1951.The main aim of introducing reservation system was to make the BC,SC,ST etc. literate so that they can learn,earn and live a happy life.
                                                                                    As we know india's main moto is 'University in diversity' but something that goes against this moto is the reservation system because reservation increases the diversity in campuses and work places.In any competitive exam the reservation system leads to lowering of competitiveness of the exam because some getting reservation will qualify the exam getting less marks then his/her counterpart.  Our greats like mahatma ghandhi,swami vivekanand,rabindranath tagore have said that 'Talent is like the sun ray which can't remain hidden'.So i think we need to make some ammendments in the reservation article of the constitution we should provide scholarships,reduction in fees etc. for the poor and lower caste.In this way we can fulfill the main aim for which 'RESERVATION' was incorporated and also maintaining the unity of the nation.
